What you need

  • 300g pork mince
  • 8 white button mushrooms
  • 4 eggs, fried
  • 4 English muffins
  • 8 slices of Mainland Swiss Cheese
  • 4 hash browns or leftover roasted potatoes
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Tomato sauce and aioli or mayonnaise to serve

Here's how it's done

  1. Shape pork mince into four patties and fry in a pan or on the BBQ.
  2. Lay out four English muffin halves on a plate and spread with tomato sauce and aioli.
  3. Stack patties, cheese slices, mushrooms, tomato, hash browns (or potatoes) and fried eggs.
  4. Top with the other half of the English muffin.

Serving Suggestions

Slap Mainland Swiss Cheese slices on top of the patties while they’re hot, for cheesy, melty goodness.
