Banana Split

A refreshing combo of berries, banana and yoghurt with crunchy granola makes this a nourishing breakfast disguised as a treat. In fact, it’s a scrumptious Summery dessert too.

What you need

  • 2 pottles Anchor Uno Strawberry Yoghurt
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries - thawed or frozen are fine
  • 2 Tbsp strawberry jam
  • 2 Tbsp granola
  • 2 tsp chopped slithered almonds

Here's how it's done

  1. Pour yoghurt into shallow bowls.
  2. Peel bananas and cut in half lengthwise, place on top of yoghurt. 
  3. Add a few berries to the bottom of the bowls, between banana slices. 
  4. Top with strawberry jam and sprinkle with remaining berries, granola and chopped nuts. Serve immediately.
