Crab makes this dip a bit fancy, while punchy parmesan paired with luscious cream cheese and sour cream make this bake into something that everyone will love.

What you need

  • 300g crab meat, drained and flaked
  • 250g Anchor Cream Cheese, softened
  • 235g mayonnaise,
  • 150g Mainland Parmesan Grated Cheese
  • 230g Anchor Sour Cream
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped

Here's how it's done

  1. Pre heat your oven to 175°C.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a small baking dish. No need to dirty another bowl!
  3. Bake your mixture uncovered for 30 minutes until it’s lightly browned and deliciously fragrant.
  4. Serve hot or cold. Just brilliant with warm crusty bread.
