One-Pot
Wonder Meals

One-pot meals have become hugely popular – and not just among the dish washers in the family! With the help of New Zealand’s favourite cook, Annabel Langbein, we’ve developed these set-and-forget dishes that are low on fuss and full of flavour. For a casual dinner with friends, just plonk the pot in the middle of the table and let everyone dig in. We've got your weekly meal plan sorted.

Stovetop Chicken Biryani

This is one of Annabel’s family favourites. Simply layer the ingredients in the pot, pop the lid on, and in 30 minutes it’s ready to serve. It makes super leftovers, too.

Low & Slow Spiced Lamb

This is the perfect sharing dish. After 4 hours in a low heat oven, marinating in yoghurt and spices, the lamb simply melts in your mouth. Whilst it might take a little longer to cook, it’s easy to prepare . . . and the flavour is worth the wait!

One-Pot Mac Cheese

Oh so delicious, gooey, and comforting. Even if you already make macaroni cheese all the time, check out this recipe for our amazing one pot meal version.

Turkish Wonder Chicken

This dish is packed full of veges, mixed with Turkish favourites – feta and olives. Everything goes into the baking dish at the same time, and in 45 minutes you’re ready to serve the perfect balance of meat, veges and flavour.

Butter Chicken Haloumi
