Get the blues, in a good way – with a creamy dip that’s sure to give you a nice sharp bite.

What you need
125g Mainland Special Reserve Blue Brie Cheese, rind removed
1 small shallot, peeled and roughly chopped
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 cup De Winkel All Natural Plain Unsweetened Yoghurt
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Here's how it's done
Cut the cheese into pieces and process in a food processor with the shallot and garlic, until the cheese is lovely and crumbly.
Add yoghurt and lemon and blend until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate for up to two hours (overcome the temptation to eat it right now!)
To serve, slather onto fresh baguette slices and scatter on sprigs of watercress. Or serve as a dip with crisp vege sticks.
