What you need

  • 1 small grapefruit, peeled and chopped
  • 1 banana, peeled and chopped
  • 1 mango, cubed
  • ½ cup Anchor Protein+ Plain Yoghurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Here's how it's done

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blitz until nice and smooth. 
  3. Serve immediately. 

Serving Suggestion

Hold on to old glass juice bottles and make the smoothies to go. Perfect to have during the school run or drive to work.
