What you need

  • 600g Anchor Protein+ Greek Style Unsweetened Yoghurt
  • 1 punnet strawberries, hulled
  • 1-2 Tbsp runny honey, or more to taste
  • 1 cup ice cubes, plus extra to serve

Here's how it's done

  1. This super-simple smoothie makes the perfect breakfast on the run.
  2. Whizz everything in a blender till it’s good and creamy.
  3. Pour over ice in 4 tall glasses (or portable lidded cups) and serve.
  4. Boom! You’re out the door.

Serving Suggestions

Try adding a generous spoonful of LSA or chia seeds for a nutty kick!

For a fabulous quick dessert – freeze the yoghurt in an ice-cube tray. Then when you want a simple instant treat, add the frozen cubes to the blender with frozen blueberries and some honey and just blend for amazing instant ice-cream. Top with toasted coconut or fresh berries and you’re sure to impress your guests and your tastebuds.
