What you need
1 tin of tuna
Mayonnaise or aioli
8 slices of whole meal bread
1 red capsicum, diced
1 red onion, diced
60g Perfect Italiano Parmesan cheese, shaved
4 slices of Mainland Swiss cheese
Small bunch of flat leaf parsley
Here's how it's done
Divide Perfect Italiano parmesan between four slices of bread and top with tuna, mayonnaise, diced capsicum, red onion, parsley and finally Mainland Swiss cheese slices
Top with another slice of wholemeal bread and grill in toasted sandwich maker until golden brown or place under the grill to get some crunch.
