With natural caramel flavours from dates, this yoghurt and milk rich smoothie is also protein powered by a healthy serve of nuts.

What you need
For the milkshake
1 cup Anchor Calci+ Milk
3 large spoonfuls of nut butter
1/2 cup Anchor Protein+ Greek Style Unsweetened Yoghurt
A handful of fresh dates, chopped
To serve
1/2 a handful of Almonds, sliced
A few fresh dates, chopped
Here's how it's done
Put nut butter, fresh dates, Anchor Protein+ Greek Style Yoghurt Unsweetened and Anchor Calci+ milk into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and top with sliced almonds and chopped fresh dates.
