A light, protein smoothie recipe

With natural caramel flavours from dates, this yoghurt and milk rich smoothie is also protein powered by a healthy serve of nuts.

What you need

For the milkshake

  • 1 cup Anchor Calci+ Milk
  • 3 large spoonfuls of nut butter
  • 1/2 cup Anchor Protein+ Greek Style Unsweetened Yoghurt
  • A handful of fresh dates, chopped

To serve

  • 1/2 a handful of Almonds, sliced
  • A few fresh dates, chopped

Here's how it's done

  1. Put nut butter, fresh dates, Anchor Protein+ Greek Style Yoghurt Unsweetened and Anchor Calci+ milk into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and top with sliced almonds and chopped fresh dates.
