What you need

  • 2 bananas
  • 160g frozen raspberries
  • 60ml almond milk
  • 250g De Winkel Yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 2 tbsp toasted pistachios

 

Here's how it's done

  1. In a blender or food processor, add raspberries, bananas, and almond milk.
  2. Blend for about 3-5min or until smooth.
  3. Add yoghurt, honey and vanilla.
  4. Blend again for 1 minute or so.
  5. Pour into a medium container and place in a freezer.
  6. Freeze it for 3-5 hours.
  7. Before serving, let it soften on a counter for 30min.
