What you need
2 cups self-raising flour, plus extra to dust
2 cups De Winkel All Natural Plain Unsweetened Yoghurt
Perfect Italiano Pizza Plus Cheese
Basil leaves or rocket leaves
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Here's how it's done
Pre-heat oven to 200°C with oven trays or pizza stones inside.
Mix flour and yoghurt to make a soft, sticky dough. Divide dough in four and press into rounds on floured baking paper.
Top with pizza cheese, then nuggets of chorizo and halved cherry tomatoes.
Slide pizzas on baking paper onto pre-heated trays. Bake until golden (10-15 minutes).
Sprinkle with basil or rocket leaves and enjoy!
Use whatever leftovers you have in the fridge with any excess dough to create mini pizzas – easy pizza heaven. You can also keep your dough covered in the fridge overnight if you’re not ready to cook immediately.
