What you need

Dough
  • 2 cups self-raising flour, plus extra to dust
  • 2 cups De Winkel All Natural Plain Unsweetened Yoghurt

Topping

  • Perfect Italiano Pizza Plus Cheese
  • Basil leaves or rocket leaves
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Chorizo sausage

Here's how it's done

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C with oven trays or pizza stones inside.
  2. Mix flour and yoghurt to make a soft, sticky dough. Divide dough in four and press into rounds on floured baking paper.
  3. Top with pizza cheese, then nuggets of chorizo and halved cherry tomatoes.
  4. Slide pizzas on baking paper onto pre-heated trays. Bake until golden (10-15 minutes).
  5. Sprinkle with basil or rocket leaves and enjoy!

Serving Suggestions

Use whatever leftovers you have in the fridge with any excess dough to create mini pizzas – easy pizza heaven. You can also keep your dough covered in the fridge overnight if you’re not ready to cook immediately.
