Throw together rolled oats, milk, probiotic yoghurt, coconut and fruit in a jar the night before, and you’ve got a protein-packed breakfast muesli ready to grab on your way out the door.

What you need

  • 500g tub Blueberry Symbio Probalance Yoghurt with Wholegrains
  • 1 cup quick-cook rolled oats
  • 1 cup coarse thread coconut
  • 1 cup Anchor Protein Plus milk
  • 2 unpeeled green apples, coarsely grated
  • Fresh blueberries or other fruit, to garnish

Here's how it's done

  1. Mix all ingredients except fruit garnish in a bowl or jar.
  2. Cover and chill overnight or up to three or four days.

Serving Suggestions

For an individual serving use a 150g pottle of yoghurt then add 1/2 pottle each of milk, rolled oats and coconut and 1/2 a grated apple. Kids will have fun mixing their own in jars with their name on the label! Plus, for extra nutrition and fibre add chia seeds or LSA and a little extra milk. For extra flavour add nuts, dried fruit and sweet spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, ground cloves or nutmeg.
